The Power of the Father’s Heart

Today, we are going to move to the action of Joseph, or how he faced very real crisis in his life. We do not live in a vacuum, nor are we immune to crisis simply because we are believers. Life is a struggle. The world is a tough place to live. But, that does not mean we cannot live our lives in victory and power.

Joseph faced a very real crisis when he suddenly discovered that Mary was pregnant. How would he respond?

I say to you this morning that had he simply lived, or acted, out of his orthodox religious adherence the plan of redemption would have stopped with Mary. But, Joseph lived out from the place of Father’s heart. Therefore, he could face a tough personal crisis, and further, a tough world around him with courage and from the place of victory.
