Fight On

It has been a tough few weeks on many fronts. I have been reminded of how intense the battles can get in our lives. And, yet, there is such a real sense of victory, of advancement.

Now is not the time to hold back; but, press in. As 2009 winds down, and 2010 arrives, God has great glory to pour out, great spoils of victory to place before us. It is out of this that I was drawn to the following passage, and began to hear what the Lord is calling us to. Be encouraged, fellow travelers.

Galatians 4:7 says, “Therefore you are no longer a slave but a son, and if a son, then an heir of God through Christ.” And, in chapter 5, “Stand fast therefore in the liberty by which Christ has made us free, and do not be entangled again with a yoke of bondage.” (vs. 1) And, again, “For you, brethren, have been called to liberty; only do not use liberty as an opportunity for the flesh, but through love serve one another.” (vs. 13)

Very powerful words of freedom. A freedom with a purpose, a calling.

And, I’m hearing Papa say, “Yes, you are free, My children. Free from every chain that bound you in your exile in Egypt. Free from every heavy burden laid upon you by the harsh taskmasters of your slavery. There is nothing preventing you from experiencing your inheritance; for, every prison door has been opened, every chain has been snapped, every obstacle removed.” “For I heard your cry, and I have come with deliverance. By the power of My Blood all bondage is destroyed–ALL BONDAGE DESTROYED!” “You, of course, know this,” says the Lord, “But, you are not as yet appropriating the fullness of it. You say, ‘I am free’; but, then you allow the old voices of your past jailers entice you, saying, ‘Where is your God? Where is the fulfillment of His so called promises to you? Your God has forgotten you and left you in the wilderness alone-come back and we will care for you.'” “You, My children, are allowing the old patterns of living exert their influence upon you; wooing you back to the old familiar places of thinking, believing, behaving.”
“This MUST NOT happen,” says the Lord, “STAND FAST IN YOUR LIBERTY. Now, more than ever, STAND FAST IN YOUR LIBERTY. For in these days of great shaking and movement of My Spirit, I am bringing forth a mighty army of FREEDOM FIGHTERS. My warriors are wearing the GARMENTS OF PRAISE. They are wielding the SWORD OF MY WORD OF LOVE. They are moving forward relentlessly, fearlessly, powerfully–SHINING WITH MY GLORY, they are demolishing the strongholds of the enemy, destroying every one of his wicked works.”
“Stand fast, My children,” says the Lord, “and watch what I am about to do with you, through you, for you. For these are the days of SWIFT VICTORY. My Kingdom is advancing rapidly, and the enemy is falling before you.” “Stand fast in your liberty, for you ARE taking the land with every step of faith.” “Yes, the battles are intense; but, with their intensity I release even greater and more powerful weapons of warfare. Yes, the battles are intense; but, I am bringing about even greater victories than you can imagine..and SWIFTLY THEY COME.”
The Lord says, “Watch..in the days ahead, you will see the fulfillment of your desires come suddenly. For I am releasing them swiftly and powerfully that you will be empowered by My authority to liberate the land. In the days ahead, you will taste and see I am good. As soon as you ask of Me, just as soon will you see the fulfillment. For SUDDENLY it comes, that you will be released with greater power to accomplish all I have called you to accomplish.”
“Therefore, I give you this charge, and this charge only–STAND FAST IN YOUR LIBERTY!–and watch what I AM about to do,” says the Lord.

I do believe that 2010 is to be a year of tremendous breakthrough. I also believe that the gathering of key Christian leaders in Orlando, Florida this week will bring to light some very important strategies for the coming year. God is moving swiftly. Amen
