This is Just a Test
“Then Moses led Israel from the Red Sea and they went into the Desert of Shur. For three days they traveled in the desert without finding water. When they came to Marah, they could not drink its water because it was bitter. (That is why the place is called Marah.) So the people grumbled against Moses, saying, “what are we to drink?” Then Moses cried out to the Lord, and the Lord showed him a piece of wood. He threw it into the water, and the water became sweet. There the Lord made a decree and a law for them, and there he tested them. He said, “If you listen carefully to the voice of the Lord your God and do what is right in his eyes, if you pay attention to his commands and keep all his decrees, I will not bring on you any of the diseases I brought on the Egyptians, for I am the Lord, who heals you.” (Exodus 15:22-27 NIV)
“You have been in a time of testing. A time of growth and development of the very gifts I have given you, the calling I have spoken over you, the anointings I have placed within you.”
“This has been a desert time. And, you have felt it to be, in many ways, a place of dryness. And, you have been tempted to feel discouraged, even bitter, at your place in the wilderness”
“My Beloved, do not lose heart. What you see in the circumstances around you is NOT the reality of who you are, or what I AM doing in your life. Does not the gold find its purity in the Refiner’s Fire? Does the gold grumble and complain that the fire is too hot? Does not the gold yield to the burning? Yes, and more. The gold yields for the Joy set before it. Just as I, your Lord, yielded to the cross for the Joy set before Me.That Joy is SALVATION, that Joy is DELIVERANCE, that Joy is HEALING, that Joy is ABUNDANCE and it is PROSPERITY BEYOND MEASURE.”
The Lord says, “Look beyond the surface of this present time, and experience the Joy I have set before you. Do not lose heart. This is only a BRIEF MOMENT; and, even now it is swiftly coming to an end. For, I AM bringing you up with Me from the wilderness into the place of your inheritance.”
“Did I not say if you listen and pay attention to My Voice and obey My Word you will experience My Healing Power? PRESS INTO ME–YIELD TO ME–and you will truly find Me faithful. This is precisely the purpose for your testing. Not to bring you down; but, to lift you up. For, I will have a people of great faith in this hour. A people who will walk in My authority and power to release upon this land My Healing.”
“Therefore, Beloved, rise up in Joy. I AM turning the dry land into Springs of Living Water, I AM turning the desolate places into a Garden of Rich Delight. PRESS IN, for the days of refining are ending and the days of revealing are at hand. Now is the time of PRESENTATION. The presentation of My Sons to be brought forth from the wilderness in the purity of humility and the power of My Joy. And, NOTHING will hinder you, nothing will be withheld from you; for, My Glory shall go before you. I, the Lord you Healer, I AM with you…all is well.”
